The emphasis of the film programme is independent and world cinema. The Exhibition Programme focuses on socially engaged practice and Plymouth as a rapidly regenerating city. The Artists and Curators Residency Programme supports local, national and international emerging practice and also presents internationally established artists. Opened in July 2006 it provides a unique experience for the public and schools to enjoy.
